The Rice Office of STEM Engagement (R-STEM) is accepting applications for a 12-month postdoctoral fellow position (with a maximum of two annual renewals given continued service).
Specific research projects will be based upon the joint interests of the postdoctoral research associate and the R-STEM team and its affiliated research faculty, and will address questions relevant to elementary, middle school and secondary science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education. The R-STEM postdoctoral research associate will be responsible for proposal development, peer reviewed journal publications, data collection and management as well as some teaching responsibilities in outreach programs.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in science education, mathematics education, or engineering education with peer reviewed publications in their field.
