Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support for faculty, staff, and students
• Create and deliver training materials to effectively assist students and faculty
• Research new techniques and practices that enable students to most effectively use technology as a learning tool. 
• Collaborate, meet, plan, and co-teach with classroom teachers using a variety of educational technology tools.
• Direct instruction across all divisions of the school
• Assist with and troubleshoot the use of technologies used for teaching and learning.
• Provide technical support for software and hardware.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Educational Technology or other related fields
• Experience in Pre-K3–12 educational settings is preferred
• 3+ years in helpdesk support
• 3+ years experience in educational technology 
• 3+ years creating and delivering technology training
• Proficient in JAVA and Python preferred
• Proficient in Google Apps for Education
• Familiarity with Blackbaud K-12
• Strong communication skills
