Dental Research Administration (ORA) at TUSDM is the main research structure for all basic science and clinical projects at the Dental School. ORA is the liaison to the Office of the Vice Provost, Sponsored Accounting, IRB, IACUC, DLAM, Biosafety and all other offices responsible for administering research on the Tufts Health Sciences Campus. Housing several research labs including the Gavel Center for Restorative Dental Research which is endowed from Dr. J. Murray Gavel. ORA at TUSDM defines and executes the research goals and mission of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.

The Research Affairs Specialist trains, educates and assures compliance for human subject's research studies in the Dental School. Manage study teams, communicates and rectifies issues of non-compliance and develops policies and procedures as needed.

Basic Requirements:

• 1-3 year experience with Bachelor's OR 5 years equivalent experience in clinical research.
• Spreadsheet, statistical analysis and data entry experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Science education background preferred.
