1. Assumes primary responsibility for a program, service, activity, operation or function in an assigned area. Preferred Education: Master's degree in animal science, education, or related disciplines or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Three or more years experience with animals used in laboratories or regulatory compliance oversight. Working knowledge in regulations, policies, and nationally accepted standards regarding the care and use of animals in research, testing, and training.
